We are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where people of all backgrounds can prosper and feel they can belong. We offer inclusive leadership training to all of our managers to help them recognize and address their biases, we propose hybrid and flexible work options, and we enforce an equity framework to ensure each person is supported, valued, and gets the opportunities they deserve.

Women are key to shaping the future of the digital economy. We have launched an ambitious program focused on promoting the career development of women at all levels of our organization. We have committed to having women make up 40% of our workforce by the end of 2025, with 30% female representation on our executive leadership teams. Currently, over 30% of our VP-level promotions and new hires are women.

Our employee networks bring together global communities of passionate colleagues with shared interests and identities – working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society. Whether you join OUTfront, Women@Capgemini, CapAbility or CulturALL, it is an opportunity or a group focused on ethnicity, it is an opportunity for you to interact with colleagues outside your immediate team, and redefine what it means to work at Capgemini.
