– Tell us a bit about your current role at Capgemini and how you got to where you are today.

I joined Capgemini five years ago as a Senior Consultant with Invent, then moved to Manager, Senior Manager and then to a Director role where today I lead a team of around 20 consultants within our Insights-Driven Enterprise unit. Throughout my career with Capgemini, I’ve really gotten to know our company core values as well as numerous great colleagues first hand!

– How has learning and development impacted your career??

Learning at Capgemini is really unique and driven by our core values. A big impact on my personal development was definitely the chance to take part in Capgemini’s global talent acceleration program Connect & Drive in 2018. The people dimension of the program, in particular, was quite different from what I knew and had experienced in the past. I got to know fellow participants – as valued colleagues, but also through intense personal connections. The program also impacted me in terms of how I self-reflect and gave me a way of connecting dots that I couldn’t do before.

The highlight of the Connect & Drive journey had to be the LEAD program in Bangalore. It was a life-changing experience that opened my eyes to many things and improved me not only in my professional style but also in how to make a personal work-life balance.

I also spent time on the other side, conducting training sessions. I focused on a specific functional training on our Guide – Deliver – Receive framework, which briefly put, is a simple, holistic, and radical approach to slice and dice processes into little chunks that can be quickly and logically moved into different team units.

– What do you love/ace about your career at Capgemini?

I love the freedom, fun, and boldness that comes with my career at Capgemini as well as the unique entrepreneurial spirit that can be felt throughout the company
